Shipping & Delivery

We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to process and ship out your order. Orders are processed Monday - Saturday excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time, weather conditions, and distance. All orders are shipped out of Los Angeles, California. 

  • Orders over $45 (after promotions & discounts, excl. taxes) - Free shipping via USPS (1 - 3 business days)
  • Orders under $45 - Flat rate shipping of $6 via USPS (1 - 3 business days)

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada and plan to ship to other countries very soon! International shipping rates are calculated at check-out depending on the weight of the package. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes and fees. Please note that Glow Hour does not have any prior knowledge or control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount. Estimated shipping times will be stated upon check-out depending on the chosen carrier. Please allow 1-2 days for us to process and ship out orders.

We accept returns within 21 days from the date you receive your order. All returned products must be unopened and in their original condition. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sheet masks or any single-use products.

If you wish to return an item in an order in which a free gift was received, the free gift must be returned along with the returning item(s). If you wish to keep the free gift, the amount of the gifted item will be deducted from your return total.

To initiate a return, please start by emailing us at with your order number and the products you'd like to return and await further instructions. Please note that return shipping is at the expense of the customer and original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 10 days of the processing date (but usually sooner than that).
